FantasyArb ("we", "us", "our") is a fantasy football rankings tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Account information — When you sign up, we collect your email address via Clerk (our authentication provider). Clerk may also collect device and browser information as part of authentication.
• Payment information — If you purchase a season pass, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Usage preferences — We store your preferred draft platform (ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper) to persist your settings across sessions.
• Log data — Our hosting provider (Render) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request details for operational purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the FantasyArb rankings tool
• To verify your access level (free vs. paid) and enforce it
• To remember your platform preference across sessions
• To send transactional emails (account creation, purchase confirmation) — we do not send marketing emails

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the product:

• Clerk — authentication and session management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Neon — database hosting (your email and preferences are stored here)
• Render — application hosting

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your preferred draft platform. Clerk uses cookies to manage authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We'll respond within 30 days.
